LEIA ships worldwide, offering reliable and carefully handled delivery for all bespoke and ready-to-wear pieces.

1. Production & Dispatch Times

For ready-to-wear items in stock, dispatch takes place within 5–7 business days from the date of the order.

For bespoke and made-to-order garments, production time is confirmed individually at checkout and may vary depending on model complexity and atelier workload.

Each order is handmade with attention to detail, so our team will keep you updated on the production and shipping timeline.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or direct message.

2. International Shipping

International delivery is carried out through trusted global courier partners.
Shipping rates and delivery timeframes depend on the destination country.

Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

For international orders, returns and exchanges are not available, as each piece is produced individually for every client.

3. Parcel Storage & Delivery Terms

Delivery times and storage policies are determined by the courier service in your country.
If a parcel is not collected and is automatically returned to us, reshipping will require an additional shipping fee.
